3. Mastercard Lowest Hotel Rate Guarantee
If a member books a qualifying “prepaid hotel rate” using their Mastercard card and then finds a lower, publicly available rate for the same room and with the same offering conditions on another website, they may be eligible to receive a rate match and refund for the difference in prices. The lower price must be before taxes and fees. The hotel must be a four-star (4-star) hotel part of the Luxury Hotel and Resorts Collection. The booking may be made online via the Mastercard Travel and Lifestyle Services platform or offline with a concierge agent over the phone or via email.
